10 ways to de-stress

Just BREATHE! Breathing is a fast way to de-stress and allow yourself to calm down. Practice inhaling to the count of 7, holding on 8, then slowly and completely exhale. Repeat these breathing exercises 10 times to help you relax, center and focus.
